Hi there, I'm Kara!

I'm a multidisciplinary creative specializing in design and film – focusing on telling deep, personal stories through traditional and digital media. My work explores taboo themes society tends to shy away from, inviting reflection, conversation and connection.

By observing the little things overlooked by others in daily life, I draw inspiration from human behavior, the interactions between people and objects, and the profound influence of nature on these dynamics.

Throughout my career, I’ve brought whimsical designs to life for children at a wallpaper design company, advanced marketing strategies for various regional grocery campaigns, and have created impactful, engaging experiences for clients in the hospitality, grocery and pharmaceutical sectors.

Most recently, I’m creating accessible and intuitive interfaces as a Product Designer for a life sciences platform.
